My name is Scott Newton, Director of QA Building Inspections. My career has been built on delivering quality, compliance and construction excellence across a wide range of residential, commercial, infrastructure, defence and civil engineering projects in the United Kingdom and Australia.
Throughout my career, quality has always been at the heart of everything I do. I am proud to have been recognised with two prestigious NHBC Seal of Excellence Awards in the United Kingdom — an accolade awarded to site managers who consistently deliver high standards of construction quality.
During my time in Australia, I was also involved in projects that achieved multiple Master Builders Association Awards, recognising excellence in workmanship, project delivery and construction standards.
Having spent decades managing construction projects, overseeing subcontractors, enforcing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with building requirements, I know what good construction looks like and, just as importantly, what can go wrong.
